We partnered with Arrows as the business evolved from a traditional recruitment firm into a specialist talent partner for the future of tech. The rebrand was about more than a new look. It was a strategic repositioning that clarified their offer, sharpened their messaging and gave the business a more confident presence in an increasingly competitive market.

We created a bold, digital-first identity centred around a custom ‘A’ marque with a hidden arrow device, designed to reflect movement, direction and momentum. Combined with a vibrant orange palette and a confident typographic system, the brand feels energetic, modern and built for scale.

The result is a sharper, more future-facing identity that positions Arrows as a trusted partner for high-growth tech businesses and the talent driving them forward.
